Ok, I was looking for a solution how to make standing the artwork in the other position without drill it for the pivot, the transparent plexiglass base with theU-shape fits precicely and stably in the lower part of the artwork, wich is easy and simple to insert it; the two pieces of the base are glued with special plexiglass mastic. This block of marble I took directly from Michelangelo sculpture scholl in Carrara, was heavy, it is grey with darker veins. I used mostly straight grinder with a small diamond disc mounted to carve this stone, then sand paper till 320 grit and at the end past and cotton disc for polishing.
