"Walking past the living room, I felt his gaze again and shivers ran down my spine. I stopped and looked into his big cat eyes, predatory and calm, he was looking at me coldly and intently, as if condemning me, or vice versa, waiting for my next actions.
- "What?" I asked loudly into the void. He was silent, of course, because he was just a portrait I had painted a few years ago.
A portrait of a majestic predatory puma in a black suit with a white collar. His gray fur changed color organically, flowing from his head to the tips of his paws, large fluffy soft black paws that I knew had deadly claws hidden in them. He looked at me expectantly.
Lately, I had been talking to him when no one was looking. Mostly they were monologues, but I could swear that sometimes his expression changed, or I started to go crazy.
I shook my head and moved on. A hand with thin fingers rested on the door handle. On my ring finger, instead of a classic wedding ring, a "dragon's paw" sparkled, this ring was given to me by Tisantin, my fire dragon, as a symbol that he would always be with me and our boys. This ring was more precious to me than all the diamonds in the world. The door closed.
- "Maybe you'll tell her eventually," an angry woman's voice sounded softly in the empty living room. A soft growl was heard in response.
-"Karl, we're wasting time!"
This original oil painting is NOT just a painting. It's an exiting story on canvas.
