Nature, sun and freedom, here is an infallible cocktail to achieve happiness.
Like the dog on the canvas, we can also enjoy a harmonious life, you only have to do this, to emulate our children where our animal companions and to let go.
With this in mind, worries lose a lot of their emotional impact. They become nothing more than simple temporary barriers that just need to be opened or bypassed.
Letting go considerably reduces suffering, provides a winning state of mind by giving strength and courage.
Happiness is at hand. Let us not be blinded by fleeting adventures, and take stock of all the positive things that mark our lives.
