Jupiter (2024) Original Oil Painting by Pamela Rys

This is the oil, alkyd, acrylic, glitter and plastic objects painting on high quality linen and custom made canvas. The style is defined by sculptural use of paint. It is 3-D, built-up mixture of many layers of thick gesso, paint, sand and other materials. I'm inspired by structure of celestial bodies. This one was inspired by surface of planet Jupiter. I very much enjoyed painting process, because it gave me a lot of room to experiment. Finished with a glaze of UV varnish to protect against sunlight and dust damage. This artwork is signed and dated on the back. A signed Certificate Of Authenticity will be included with the artwork.
