The last light of the day in the woods, as twilight unfolds in the shadows. The glowing sun shines between the trees, like a beautiful glowing jewel. rises slowly in the sky, as midnight awaits just around the corner. A secret woodland path unfolds, waiting to be explored. A beautiful, exquisite painting capturing the woods in beautiful colour and light. Painted in oil, with a palette of cool and warm colours. The shadows painted in rich Blues, complimenting the warm colours of the piece beautifully. Queen Anne's Lace is beautifully illuminated, whilst Bulrushes sing in the twilight shadows. Created from imagination, yet with forest wanderings around North East England, where I live, in mind. Arrives ready to hang and enjoy. Beautiful to enjoy all year round.
