Original artwork description:

A sense of shoreline. Sunlight reflecting on shorebreak and sand flats. Wind over rippling sea pools on the sand. A feeling of winsdwept rocky outcrops with roving oystercatchers. All things that Paul strives to capture in his large seascapes inspired by many visits and stays on the Islands around UK shores including Guernsey, Cornwall and the Hebrides.
Jade and Grey Horizons began life with an application of neutral texture pastes on box canvas, then intuitively worked over in impasto paintwork and blends of subtle tones.
