Portofino is an absolutely charming and picturesque seaside village with pastel houses lining the shore of the harbor, shops, restaurants, cafes and luxury hotels. Known as the resort of the rich and famous, Portofino is part of the Italian Riviera and sits on a peninsula in the Tigullio Golf, east of Genoa, in the nothern Italian region of Liguria.
The reflections of the wonderfully colorful houses on the crystalline green water of the harbor fascinated me in the unique light of the dawn.
