A large square-format piece filled with surreal characters, this painting from the "Invisible Children" series tells a quiet but urgent story.
Five pale figures stand solemnly before you — strange, tall, barefoot, some masked, some holding each other’s hands, others clutching tools or sitting in stillness. Their eyes don't meet yours, but their presence is intense. These children were left unseen. Left alone.
This painting explores themes of neglect, invisibility, and fragile resistance. It asks: what happens when society turns its eyes away from those who need us most? What do children become when no one listens, and no one protects?
