• While I’m creating new life inside me, my thoughts still reach for the sky... and that inevitably finds its way into my art.
I’m working on a new canvas series, "Flying Humans" -about a sport that has forever taken a special place in my heart, and about the people who push the limits of what’s possible, proving that humans really can fly.
The first piece is dedicated to two incredible women.
Jenna Gygi -one of the best acrobatic wingsuit pilots in the world, an absolute inspiration for me as a beginner. Everything I can only dream of learning, she already does effortlessly… damn, she’s just the best.
Daniela Dragan - I love that I’ve been able to see her base jumping journey from the very beginning, and I admire how carefully and safely she moves toward her goals. And I’m especially happy that she’s from my country.
And when I see them fly together, I smile as if I’m up there in the air myself.
There are so many women in our world who have shaped history for centuries, yet their names were carefully erased from it…
...not this time.
