What a beautiful day! Long hours of warm sun in a blue sky, and now it's cooling into the evening; shadows grow long and the sun comes down from on high. Grand shapes drift across the brilliance; colours, beams of light, splendid!
Acrylic paint on canvas, mounted on a solid framed stretcher, this is a lovely detailed work that evokes distance and warmth and brilliant light. There's a soft blueness in even the darkest tones that looks lovely on the wall.
