Subject: abstract layered figures.
Style: Expressive Gestural. Expressionism.
Technique: Lines drawn in layers with brushes and pencils.
Here I enjoy playing with shapes and lines worked from the life model. I build the picture with layers of ink applied with brushes and pencils. I am influenced by the body and patterns in Nature.
I regularly attend Dynamic Drawing sessions at Brunswick Heads, Australia. Here I sharpen my skills and enjoy working with other artists in a community environment.
