Original artwork description:

We visited Pin Mill again on a fresh, cool morning later in the the autumn. The tide is slowly rising around the wooden Thames Barge and newer house boat. sitting in front of the Butt and Oyster pub. This is another 'Line and Wash painting in which I use a fine black pen to highlight the details and add the colour by a loose watercolour wash. I find the simplicity of the painting adds to its beauty.

Materials used:

Windsor & Newton artist quality watercolours; Cobolt Blue, French Ultramarine, Light Red, Raw Sienna with Pin waterproof ink pen on Bockingford 200lb paper.
