This model spoke to me without words, her eyes told me stories as her faint smile whispered in my ears. What does she say to you?
When we look within, when we allow the silence to embrace us, we can find a little light that talks to us and warms our hearts.
My process of working can be time consuming but this allows greater study of my work in progress. Once I'm happy with my sketch I apply thin layers of paint, slowly sculpting the form, forcing depth and working in the required details as the process continues.
Original painting using professional Oil paints on starched canvas 90x65cm
UV varnished to help protect against sunlight and everyday dirt and dust.
Sides have been painted so no framing is required unless wished. Ready to hang with a hanging wire attached.
Securely packed with layers of bubble wrap and cardboard.
