Original artwork description
First in a new series of the big blue sky paintings exploring a special place I have recently discovered. This large painting is at dusk and endeavours to create the atmospheric effect these old trees have on their surroundings. There is a deep melancholy about this place.
Edges of canvas painted so can be hung without frame if so desired.
Please note photographs are taken in dull daylight using a canon 450D in 'flash off' mode with absolutely no editing. These are the most honest pictures I can take but due to monitor differences that you view with there maybe slight changes.
Painting is on highest quality cotton canvas only using high grade Oil Paint.
