The work aims to convey a sense of tranquility and introspection. The rich texture and muted colors evoke the idea of time and erosion.
My work focuses on painting as a form of personal and energetic expression, inspired by all the elements of nature.
Erosion, in its geological essence, is the process of wearing away and reshaping caused by natural forces (water, wind, ice) acting ceaselessly. Philosophically, it embodies the principle of impermanence and transformation that defines life itself.
Every experience, every passing day, is a force that erodes our youth, our certainties, and our illusions. But, just like a river carving a valley, this erosion is not solely destruction; it is also creation. Emotional and intellectual erosion reshapes character, unveiling a tougher, more resilient wisdom. The self of yesterday is eroded to make way for the self of tomorrow.
