Original artwork description
I find inspiration for my works by observing things in my everyday life. It could be the pattern on a cup or plate; it could be a pattern on a wall or the way a shadow falls. When I'm traveling, I love to take pictures of the landscape and things I see. I often use these pictures as a basis for my motifs.
This painting "In Bloom" shows a landscape made up of flowers and plants with different patterns. In the middle of the picture is a large red flower. Around the painting you can see other plants or what you can see. The motif is framed by a cobalt blue frame.
