Original artwork description
At one stage of the 2020 lock down measures, we were confined to a very short radius in which we were permitted to travel. I was fortune enough to have this scene very close to hand of an untamed field with old apple trees.
Painted on canvasboard, it is very much in the traditional impressionist manner, capturing a moment early in the morning; a much needed distraction in uncertain times..
Materials used:
Oil paints (Rembrandt, Old Holland, Winsor & Newton, Gamblin, lefranc & bourgeois)
Details:
- Oil painting on Canvas
- One of a kind artwork
- Size: 40 x 30 x 0.3cm (unframed) / 40 x 30cm (actual image size)
- Signed on the front
- Style: Impressionistic
- Subject: Landscapes, sea and sky
