Handcrafted sculpture on Lecce stone, designed and created by artist Andrea Serra. Two swans emerge from the silence of winter, an eternal symbol of a beauty that does not sleep, but waits. Their feathers open like petals to the rising light, letting the sun awaken matter and the soul. It is the world of the senses that is reborn, in the delicate transition from shadow to life.
This work is entirely done by hand on this stone found only in lower Salento in the province of Lecce. Fossils are visible on the surface of the work in the stone, making it even more unique and fascinating.
