In this work, “If You Can Dream It, You Can Do It,” I use encaustic to express the power of ambition and self-confidence. Working with warm beeswax and pigments allows me to create a richly textured surface where order and chaos coexist. The bold typography conveys the central message—one of motivation and possibility—while layers of black and orange wax represent the unpredictable, often messy journey of turning dreams into reality.
Each word is partially obscured, as if emerging from beneath the surface, symbolizing how our goals take shape through layers of commitment, doubt, and perseverance. The contrast between the strong, structured text and the expressive, spontaneous background reflects the tension between vision and action.
This work is deeply personal to me; it reminds me that daring to dream is the first step, and believing in that dream is what makes it achievable.
