In creating this painting, I embraced a blend of expressionism, impressionism, and realism to capture the vibrant essence of a rural landscape transformed by winter. Using oil on cotton, I focused on bold colors and dynamic textures to bring life to the snow-covered village, contrasting sharply with vivid, fluttering garments that suggest the lingering spirit of the community.
