The painting titled'' Hut on the Hills'' is a depiction of a beautiful hut atop some rocks I encountered on my way to Gangotri. I added the mountains and sky in the background, feeling that the beauty of the huts was enhanced by the stone embankment. The work generally suggests that man can co-exist with nature without disturbing it, as man is an important part of nature itself. A small house with a red and white striped roof is set amidst lush greenery and colorful flowers. Snow-capped mountains rise in the background, creating a picturesque scene.
