Here is my meticulously detailed illustration of the Human Control Panel A723C, an enigmatic artifact discovered in 1973 within a decommissioned American military The A723C was created for Project MKUltra, a human experimentation program designed and undertaken by the CIA to develop procedures and identify drugs that could be used to brainwash and control enemy operatives. The control panel was discontinued in the late 1960s after the director of Central Intelligence (Richard M. Helms) was accidentally turned into a communist.
