Horse Chestnuts is a botanical watercolor painting of two spiky fruits (conkers) of horse chestnut. As a child, I enjoyed picking chestnuts on the way from school. I liked the spiky green husk and the brown chestnut seeds inside. Now I have grown up, and other children collect them, but I still like them.
