This is a view looking West across Holkham bay, the area is now much more marshy, than when I was young. After a high tide the area is flooded and the lower parts of the beach capture the water for many hours. In this picture you can see the Holkham pine trees reflected in the shallow water. This is painted on a block canvas. 4 cm deep. Ready to be hung. No frame needed.
