The Hokuala Ocean Course is a gorgeous golf course on the island of Kauai, Hawaii designed by Jack Nicklaus. The scene in this painting depicts the green of the 14th hole at this signature course on a late afternoon, with views of Nawiliwili Bay in the background.
Artist Steph Moraca painted this scene using professional grade oils on canvas. The piece is painted in a contemporary realism style, and includes some texture on the foliage in the foreground of the painting. The piece has been sealed with protective varnish to prevent future dirt and dust accumulation on the paint.
