Original artwork description
This Original 12"x16" oil painting was inspired by a picturesque Scottish vista which exudes a sense of serenity and timelessness. It captures the tranquil beauty of a valley nestled amidst the rugged majesty of the Scottish Highlands.
The composition unfolds with sweeping grandeur as verdant hillsides cascade between towering mountain ranges. At the valley's heart, a couple of quaint houses stand as sentinels of human habitation, harmoniously blending with the lush surroundings.
Materials used in creating this artwork: Professional quality oil paint on Oil-Primed Extra-Fine Linen on ACM (Aluminum Composite Material) panel. ACM panel consists of two strong sheets of aluminum bonded to a solid polyethylene core. The panel is coated on one side with a white polyester coil coating and a mill (polished aluminum) finish on the other side. ACM art panels offer a superior support for painting and mounting because ACM panels are virtually unaffected by environmental changes, such as relative humidity (RH) and temperature.
The painting is protected with a coat of Gamvar varnish. It is unframed and will need a frame to hang on the wall. Images showing the artwork framed in home interiors are for presentation ideas only. Frame is not included.
