a heroine stitched from fragments of dreams,
comic books, lipstick, city nights, and candy-colored myths.
Her cape flutters in a storm of symbols—
hearts, stars, arrows, brands,
as if the world itself were shouting her name: Wonder.

Paint drips like memory,
like the chaos of growing up in a world
where strength wears stilettos and smiles through clenched teeth.
She is stitched with softness and steel,
a collage of girlhood and rebellion,
cartoons and courage,
Hello Kitty with a warrior’s stance.

The heart on her chest says HEY—
not a whisper, but a call to awaken.
She is not waiting to be saved.
She is the billboard, the battle cry,
the poetry scrawled on alley walls
by those who remember
that power can be playful,
and beauty—ferocious.

In this painted riot,
I offer an ode to every woman
who’s ever had to be her own superhero.
To the wild-hearted, the wounded,
the ones who laugh in technicolor
and never ask for permission to shine.
