In ancient Greek mythology, Hera and Athena were two important goddesses, each of whom embodied different qualities and characteristics.
Hera was considered the protector of family, marriage and fidelity, Athena symbolized wisdom, pragmatism, resourcefulness, skill or the ability to fight for justice.

Many of us would like to have a partner who has all these qualities in one person. Who is a family type, but at the same time can assert herself in work and social life.
It may seem difficult to find such a woman, but maybe all we need to do is open our eyes and find that our partner meets that expectation.
And even if not, maybe we will realize that we do not need an absolutely perfect ideal of a woman to be happy with her.
Maybe it is enough to realize that for us, our partner is a goddess.

Note:
This painting is one of my favorites and that is why it hung on the wall in our bedroom for 10 years. I'm only offering it for sale because our relationship with my partner has since evolved to a different level, which is better expressed by the painting that replaced Hera and Athena on the bedroom wall.
