Held Light presents the flower not as a botanical subject, but as a vessel for light and movement. Photographed in the studio under controlled lighting, the image allows form to soften and drift, emphasising tone, translucency, and quiet presence. Advanced processing techniques are then applied to further refine the image, subtly shaping colour, contrast, and atmosphere to create a work that exists between representation and abstraction. The result invites a slower engagement, where detail gives way to mood and the subject remains gently suspended in light.

Held Light is produced as a strictly limited edition of five prints. The edition offered on Artfinder is numbered 2/5. Each print is professionally produced on Canson Photographique Lustre Premium 310gsm paper, selected for its subtle surface texture, tonal depth, and archival quality.
