Artwork description
This is not a print in the traditional sense. It is composed of between 25 to 27 individual impressions of two linoleum plates, which were hand drawn and carved. For each single impression, the inked plates are placed on a grid pattern and the entire stretched panel is pressed onto inked plate.
The He, She, They, Them Series explores the complexity of human identity and the fluidity of gender expression. Through interconnected semi-androgynous human forms, blurring the lines between traditional gender roles, it invites the viewer to question their own assumptions and celebrate the diversity of human experience.
It also embraces variety and change in art.
Display in any orientation.
