His Havana Cabana Series is inspired by the memories of a recent family cruise to the Carribean. The crusie ship has a Havana-themed section with vibrant greens, yellows, whites, browns, etc. The colors of the deep ocean, shallow sand bars, beaches and waves; the sky, the sun and clouds, all collide in his memories.

Havana Cabana is a Series inspired by the art of Piet Mondrian, Theo van Doesburg, Pablo Picasso, Hans Hoffman, Robert Motherwell, and Clifford Still.
