Harbour Textures : Mevagissey (2024)Mixed-media painting by Elaine Allender

The latest painting in my collaged harbour series; this time the lovely harbour town of Mevagissey on the South Cornish coast. I've painted this view often but wanted to add another dimension using collage rather than just paint. I've built up the view in layers of paper and paint and then fixed the final image with a coat of varnish. Lots of colour and texture. It comes in a simple grey frame, ready to hang.

Framed measurements are 54cm x 54cm x 2.5cm.

I've signed the back and it will come with a signed certificate of authenticity. Please let me know if you'd like it signed on the front as well.
