This work was done with a ballpoint pen on office paper, which is glued with tape. I deliberately use the simplest and most non-artistic materials. I want to emphasize the lightness, simplicity, accessibility and illusion of contemporary art.
The work is perceived as a game between manual labor and the language of technical drawing—as if the diagram were transformed into a poetic image of a vessel for thoughts and feelings. The repeating grid and rhythm of the lines create a meditative feeling, and the word sounds like an encrypted confession.
This work consists of individual sheets of A4 paper, which are glued together with adhesive tape. Along the gluing line, the picture can be bent and folded like an accordion, like a brochure. I am taking this opportunity to mail this picture. When you receive this picture, it will be folded like a brochure A4. The picture must be expanded and placed in a graphic frame. This can be easily done by yourself or in any baguette workshop.
