I hadn't noticed the moon when I started this piece, but there it was sitting in the sky at it's half way point, in between it's full and new phases. The forces of nature flow from positive to negative and vice versa, the world is full of energy, male and female, lightness and darkness, warmth and cold. This piece celebrates the happiness that lays above the shadows.
