A glorious slap of colour and architecture. These houses are in San Francisco's Haight Ashbury quarter, a delightful place of bygone hippy days, though relics remain, with incense-scented air and a laid back atmosphere. I loved wandering here, with my camera and note book, connecting to an important time in social history. This small work is on a canvas board, ideal for home framing.
