Original artwork description
This Mediterranean interior is a quiet celebration of home - from the"Walls of Memory" series
At first glance, the eye is drawn to the sunlit archway, the earthen jars, and the warmth of the terracotta walls. Yet, little by little, a small woven rug becomes the heart of the painting, bringing color, balance, and life into the stillness.
Rather than filling every corner with detail, I wanted to leave space for silence. Light moves gently through the room, allowing each object to breathe and inviting the viewer to slow down.
This painting reflects my belief that the beauty of a home is often found in its quietest moments.
