Original artwork description
This painting is inspired by the wild and lovely beaches in North Pembrokeshire somewhere I love and visit frequently. It is a massive source of inspiration for me. This painting is unique in my current practice as it is created using Graphenstone 100% eco paints. The colours and quality feel very special and different from my usual practice.
I live in rural Kent, and the landscape which I walk every day is a deep source of ideas and thoughts. What I put on canvas are responses and memories - the experience of being in a landscape.
I have tried to inject as much colour, warmth and vibrancy as I can onto this canvas, which has many many layers of paint to give depth and texture to the painting.
This 110x48cm (framed size) painting is framed. it has white painted edges and is strung with picture cord ready to hang.
