Original artwork description
Guardian depicts, on the one hand, a drawing I’d had in my mind for a long time. I wanted to draw a stag, lit from behind by the light, because that image had become fixed in my mind.
In 2024, I was out for a walk in a wildlife reserve and the stag there watched me the whole time. I took a photo of him and he accompanied me all the way back to the exit.
That is why I dedicated the drawing to him and added the background that I had wanted to put on paper for a long time.
The picture was drawn on art paper using the highest quality coloured pencils. It measures 30 x 40 cm and is supplied in a simple plexiglass frame for protection.
Materials used:
Colored pencil on High Quality Fabriano Paper
Details:
- Pencil drawing on Paper
- One of a kind artwork
- Size: 40 x 50 x 2cm (framed)
- Framed and ready to hang
- Signed on the front
- Style: Photorealistic
- Subject: Animals and birds
