This work is part of a graphic series created as the foundation for my painting “Youth.”
The figures were first sketched together as a group and later refined individually, each one finding the pose that reflects her distinct emotional role.
At the center lies a spiral built from 8 and 13 intersecting arcs, turning in opposite directions and echoing the geometric pattern of a ripe dandelion — a symbol of the light, playful, and fleeting nature of youth.
In this piece, the figure appears calm and self-assured. She observes, listens, and holds her own perspective with quiet confidence. She integrates easily into the group, feeling like a full and equal part of it. The ornament surrounding her head symbolizes her unique inner universe.
Through clean lines and minimal geometry, the drawing explores subtle emotional states within a structured, symbolic space.
