One of a series of paintings of Edinburgh Castle. This one was painted during February 2021 when there was quite a sustained spell of snow.
In early evening, the setting sun can make the normally grey walls of the Castle glow in a rich warm colour, even in Winter, in contrast to the cold blues and greys of the snow in the foreground.
Framed and ready to hang on the wall.
