Joshua Tree Sunset Abandoned Cabin (2025) Photograph by John Celeste
40 x 30cm (unframed) / 40 x 30cm (actual image size)
£200
Artwork description
Some evenings the desert puts on a show that seems too good to be true.
We came across this abandoned cabin surrounded by Joshua trees just as the sky caught fire, glowing with rich golds, oranges and deep reds. For a few minutes, the Mojave Desert felt completely still, as if it was putting on a private performance before the sun disappeared for the night.
There is something wonderfully defiant about this old cabin. Weathered by decades of wind, heat and silence, it continues to stand amongst the Joshua trees as though it has become part of the landscape itself.
This photograph is for anyone who dreams of wide open spaces, quiet adventures and the hidden corners of the American West. It brings warmth, colour and a sense of escapism into a room, inviting you to pause for a moment and imagine what stories those walls could tell.
