Artwork description
"Go Up" is the nineteenth photograph from "Living in Poland" set.*
"Living in Poland" is a set of photos inspired by the collection of books by Taschen. Looking through the books of the German publishing house on their website, I asked myself why the publishing house Taschen has not done a similar book about Poland so far. Is Poland not exotic enough and attractive enough? The fact is that the vast
majority of people on this planet live in mundane, indistinct places. What's more, most people living in ordinary cities, such as Warsaw, relatively rarely take photos of their surroundings. Why? This is because they often dream of traveling to exotic countries, not always sufficiently appreciating what they have under their breath. Personally, I love my seemingly insignificant country, and I can't imagine living anywhere other than in Poland.
