When I first stepped onto the deserted Piazzetta in Venice at dawn, the world seemed reborn — as if it had just awakened from a long slumber. In that place, time feels suspended: architecture becomes light, and light becomes memory.
At the moment when the first sun rays gently touch the stone, the air is filled with a glow that cannot be described in words — it can only be experienced. This instant, when the city is still silent yet already breathing, carries a subtle joy of being that quietly resonates in the heart of anyone ready to perceive it.
Through brush and oil, I aimed to convey not only the visible play of light but also the inner feeling of light as a metaphor for beginnings, hope, and transformation — a light that guides us forward, toward new discoveries and new states of the soul.
