Piazza del Campo in Siena, Italy, is one of the most famous squares in the world both for its unique architecture with its medieval structure that for the Palio, which takes place every year in July and August. On sunny days, people stop to sit on the square to enjoy the warmth that reflect the red bricks around and admire the ancient buildings.
I wanted to recreate this quiet scene daily focusing on the building with the windows triple lancet dramatizing a bit 'the scene with the contrasting colors of red bricks with blue sky.

Piazza del Campo a Siena, Italia, è una delle piazze più famose del mondo sia per la sua particolarità architettonica con la sua struttura medievale che per il Palio che si svolge tutti gli anni a luglio e agosto. Nei giorni soleggiati la gente si ferma a sedersi sulla piazza a godersi il tepore che i mattoni rossi riflettono intorno e ammirare gli antichi palazzi.
Ho voluto ricreare questa tranquilla scena quotidiana focalizzando l'attenzione sul palazzo con le finestre trifore drammatizzando un po' la scena con i colori contrastanti del rosso dei mattoni con il blu del cielo.
