I'm inspired by the forces of nature including the wind. Windsurfing has been my passion and this painting is based on my memories of windsurfing in such places as San Francisco, Hawaii and Mykonos. The title, "Getting Some Air" refers to the wind, of course but also the idea of getting airborne.
