Painting executed with oil colors and palette knife on canvas. The color has a clear and full-bodied texture. A summer day with its radiant and shining light, the clear sky, the limpid air and the bright colors characterize the atmosphere of the work. I painted this subject during a holiday on the suggestive Amalfi coast.
