The back side is rough like a stone, decorated with many natural amethysts collected in groups. The front side is smooth like glass. It looks great from all sides. The sculpture is inserted and fixed in a massive eucalyptus base. The stand is not separated from the geode and is one piece with it. There is also a small amethyst attached to the stand.
