The idea for this painting came to me during a tour of the Galata Tower in Istanbul. I stood at the very top of the tower and watched the people who were below on the terraces of the cafe, they seemed so small, like ants, but so important. Therefore, the angle in the picture: top view.

We often go to meetings with friends in a cafe, where to sit and talk. The name of the painting "Gatherings" comes from the fact that people gathering at meetings in a cafe discuss something important, business, or it's completely everyday things and the dialogue is easy. In any case, these are gatherings in which people socialize by communicating with each other.

Figurative Art - I like to draw people in their habitat, this is a city, street scenes, intersections, cafes. In my watercolor paintings, I show how a person depends on the social environment and develops it.
