Original artwork description
Gamayun is a prophetic bird of Slavic folklore. It is a symbol of wisdom and knowledge and lives on an island in the mythical east, close to paradise.
This artwork belongs to my Mythological creatures series. I already created Sirin and Alkonost, that are also prophetic birds in mythology.
I created this artwork using different graphic tools, markers, liners on cardboard (strong finnish cardboard with marble crumb).
The size is 720x1040mm(unframed) and 850x1140mm(framed).
This artwork will be shipped framed in a black box frame and inner cardboard frame.
