In my surreal cityscapes and everyday situations with people, the boundaries between fiction and reality become blurred. These images can be thought-provoking and evoke different associations on an emotional level. For me, this picture expresses confidence for an uncertain future in difficult circumstances. Many thin layers of colour and the mixture of acrylic with different materials create greater depth and special light effects. The sides of the picture are painted so that it can be hung without a frame. The painting is signed on the front and back.
